Preventive Health Services
- Complete physical exams for all ages
- Sports physicals
- Routine health screening for all ages
- Pap smears and breast exams
- Blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol screening
Other Health Services
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute illness
- Management of chronic illness (e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma)
- Minor office surgical procedures (e.g. freezing, excision of some moles and skin tags)
- EKG and some laboratory services (e.g. urinalysis, blood sugar)
